We’re sorry to hear your order didn’t meet your expectations. At Formvera.com, operated by Regardless Empire, we want to ensure that returning a product is clear, fair, and simple.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • All tags, accessories, and original packaging must be included.
  • Items showing signs of use, damage, odor, wear, or alteration may be rejected.
  • Certain products (e.g., hygiene-sensitive items, intimate wear, personalized items) may not be eligible for return.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returns are sent to our central warehouse in Asia.
  • Typical return shipping costs range from $20–$40, depending on the carrier and country.
  • We strongly recommend using a shipping service with Track & Trace, as you are responsible for the return until it arrives at our warehouse.
  • We cannot issue a refund if a return is lost or undeliverable.

3. How to Start a Return

Follow these three steps:

Step 1 — Contact Us

Email support@formvera.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return
  • Photos (if applicable)

We will review your request and provide instructions.

Step 2 — Ship Your Return

After receiving return instructions:

  • Send the product to the address we provide
  • Use a traceable shipping method
  • Keep your tracking number until your refund is processed

Step 3 — Receive Your Refund

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email
  • Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Shipping fees, customs duties, and handling fees are non-refundable.


4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that orders may need to be canceled.
Order cancellations are only possible if requested within 24 hours of placing your order.

Because processing begins shortly after ordering, cancellations requested after 24 hours cannot be guaranteed.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • a damaged product,
  • a defective item, or
  • the wrong item

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@formvera.com, including:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return. Examples may include:

  • Underwear
  • Swimwear
  • Personal care items
  • Beauty or hygiene products
  • Custom / personalized items
  • Clearance items (if marked as final sale)

If applicable, we will specify “non-returnable” on the product page.


7. Return Address

All returned items must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia.
The full return address will be provided after you contact us with your request.

Do not return items without authorization, as unauthorized returns may be rejected or lost.


8. Additional Notes

  • If a return is caused by customer preference (size, color, dislike, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to our error (incorrect item or manufacturing defect), we will cover the return cost or provide a replacement.
  • We reserve the right to deny refunds for:
  • used or damaged products
  • missing accessories
  • returns sent without authorization
