- All orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email.
2. Shipping Origin
To provide you with competitive prices and a wide selection of products, we ship directly from our suppliers in China/Asia. This helps us significantly reduce storage, packaging, and shipping costs and offer you a fair price.
3. Average Delivery Times
Average delivery time after dispatch is:

Please note:
- “Business days” do not include weekends or public holidays.
- Delivery times may vary by destination (United States, United Kingdom, Canada (excluding Quebec), Australia, New Zealand).
- Rural or remote areas may experience slightly longer transit times.

- Tracking information typically becomes available 2–5 days after your order has been dispatched (it can take some time for the carrier’s systems to update).

5. Shipping Fees, Customs & Duties
- Shipping fees (if any) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

- If a package is returned to us due to address issues, we may ask you to pay additional shipping costs to resend the order.
8. Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking status shows “delivered” but you have not received your package:

We will work with the carrier to investigate, but please note that we cannot be held liable for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
